aimbot with GLQuake. 2)The aimbot only aims for you. You do all the moving. 3)It DOES NOT identify itself as a bot, it does no respond to "no bots" or "humans only". |

messageboard): First off load up ratbot etc.. and join the server. BEFORE YOU ENTER THE
GAME (like while its doing the precache if you have the time) type "MSG 4" in
the console. Why you ask? Well by typing msg 4 in the console you disable all messages.
you can talk like normally, however you can't see any text thats being sent to and from
the server including death messages and your own text that you type.. but rest assured the
text that your sending to the server is being seen by everyone else who's on that server
(except you of course). This automaticaly disables the "ratbot detect" when you
join a so called bot protected server and when the lame users scream "ratbot"
and kick you off the server. You might want to add the following alias to your quake cfg
file to create a message toggle button: //messages alias killchat "msg 4; bind &&&&& enablechat; Echo All messages disabled" alias enablechat "msg 0; bind &&&&& killchat; Echo All messages re-enabled" bind &&&&& "killchat" *WHERE &&&&& is the key you want to use (substitute it with say Y for example)* Now that youve disabled the ratbot kick your goign to have some problems convincing the other people that your 200 ping slow-poked ass is really playing. But of course your friendly [BOTMAN]is here to save the day yet again. In your configuration file (note that this must be done before you connect to the server or else the ping will remain the same) add the following line: cl_nodelta 1 What this does is give you a ping of 0 all the time. now heres the strange part.. if your going to use the bot, u're just going to have to be quiet, dont say anything to anyone... this is actually very peacefull and its quite enjoyable.. when your playing with no chat, its just a game, but of course, nobody will be able to beat you so you can have fun and not worry about complaints, whines, and begs and have fun! |
| ok i downloaded the ratbot and it won't open quake2... i put my quake2 dir in there and it still won't open it i don't know why? |
| when you first start the ratbot, you'll see a button for options. click it, and make sure the path to your Q2 folder is correct. exit and restart. |
| Damn.. i just got banned from a server because I was owning them all and they "thought i was a bot" and they were right but they didn't know forsure.. how can I get back into the server? will it unban me in a day or so? or will I always be banned? =( |
| Probably not "always", you might become unbanned once the server reloads its software. Its always best to use a bot on a "bot friendly server". A bot friendly server is simply a server that does not run anti-bot software. |

| ratbot is boring because it only aims how can you make it move? that would be cool like watching a movie on the computer! it would be cool if the ratbot could have unlimit invulenbility! |
| you need a full client-side bot (like Pandora) to move for you as well. I don't recommend Pandora for anyone who isn't at least familiar with some programming and compiling. |
